Terry O. Barr, one of the most interestingly talented people I have ever met, honed his skills at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. Having a natural talent as a sketch artist and a sculptist he has attained world-wide fame through E-Bay as a sculptor of fine museum relics.
